Global Impact Score is an open-access tool that measures the environmental footprint of fashion products using the PEF methodological framework and category rules.It evaluates environmental footprint of a product throughout its entire lifecycle across 16 environmental indicators, including land use, particulate matter, and water use going beyond only greenhouse gas emissions. The tool breaks down results by life cycle stage and environmental impact category, helping users identify key impact drivers and offering eco-design simulations, allowing users to test the sustainability effects of design changes in real time.
